Question 1

Is Draftz free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Searching the directory, comparing professionals, contacting businesses, and leaving reviews is free for anyone looking for a pro. You can browse without an account and only create one when you want to save favorites, message a business, or leave a review.

Question 2

How do I find a professional near me?

Accepted Answer

Open Find Pros and allow location access, or type a city, state, or business name into the search bar. Filter by category and sort by rating to see the best-reviewed professionals in your area. Switch to map view to explore listings by neighbourhood.

Question 3

What does the Verified badge mean?

Accepted Answer

Verified businesses have submitted proof of ownership, such as a business license, insurance document, or a utility bill in the company name. Verification confirms that the listing is controlled by the real business. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, so always confirm licensing and insurance for your specific project.

Question 4

How do reviews work?

Accepted Answer

Any signed-in user can leave one review per business or location, with a rating from 1 to 5 stars. Businesses can respond publicly to a review. You can edit or delete your own review at any time, and you can report a review that breaks our guidelines.

Question 5

Can I contact a business without an account?

Accepted Answer

Phone numbers, websites, and addresses are visible to everyone, so you can always call or visit a business directly. The in-app message form requires a free account so the business knows who it is talking to and can reply to you.

Question 6

How do I save businesses for later?

Accepted Answer

Tap the heart icon on any business card or profile to add it to your Favorites. Favorites are tied to your account, so they follow you across devices.

Question 7

What if I have a bad experience with a professional?

Accepted Answer

Leave an honest review describing what happened, and report the business or review if you believe our guidelines were broken. For anything urgent, contact us through the Contact page and our team will look into it.

Question 8

How do I list my business?

Accepted Answer

Choose List Your Business, pick your primary trade, and fill in your name, contact details, and location. You can save a draft and finish later. Your profile goes live in search once the essentials are complete.

Question 9

My business is already listed. How do I take control of it?

Accepted Answer

Use Claim a Business, search for your company, and submit proof of ownership. Once our team approves the claim, you gain full editing access to the profile, its projects, and its reviews.

Question 10

What is the difference between the Free, Pro, and Expert plans?

Accepted Answer

Free gives you a complete public profile with one location and your contact details. Pro adds more project showcases, additional branch locations, social links, and priority placement. Expert is built for multi-location firms with the highest limits and the strongest visibility in search. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Question 11

Can I add more than one office or branch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each location gets its own profile page with its own address, hours, phone number, and reviews. How many locations you can publish depends on your plan.

Question 12

How do I get reviews to show up on my profile?

Accepted Answer

Collect reviews from real clients by sharing your profile link. If you already have reviews on Google, connect your Google listing from your dashboard to sync them into your Draftz profile.

Question 13

How long does verification take?

Accepted Answer

Most verification requests are reviewed within a few business days. Your profile shows a Verification Pending badge until a decision is made, and you will be notified either way.

Question 14

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open the Subscription tab in your business dashboard to upgrade, downgrade, change your billing interval, or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your plan's features until then.
