Zions builders is a one of the top general contracting companies in Utah! They do such high quality work and are great to work with! I would recommend them for any building project you may have however big or small!

Zions Builders effectively managed a complex electrical service upgrade at my Payson property, which required considerable coordination with the county and local power provider. The project involved detailed site plans, permits, excavation, wiring, and panel/meter installs. I recommend them highly for any general contracting needs.

Recently I asked Zions Builders to help me with the finish work required after replacing a kitchen floor. I had previously hired and paid a neighbor to do the work. After three (3) months, the neighbor still had not completed the work and spent all the money I paid him. Frustrated and embarrassed, I asked Zions Builders to assist me in completing the task at hand. It was done in a day. The work done was quality work and the materials used were strong and durable. I have worked with Zions Builders over the last 20 years. They are honest and reliable in ALL their business dealings. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Zions Builders is hands down the best around! Dave and team built our wonderful home and has been there for us for several remodeling over the years. I will only go to Zions because they are more than just a great builder. They are the most honest, kind, and trustworthy people I know. So grateful Dave and team were the people we chose to build our forever home.

This company did a fabulous job remodeling my kitchen. I was pleased with their attention to detail. They were honest and timely which can be hard to find. Merrell is a very talented contractor who knows what he’s doing. Thank you. We love our new kitchen.
