I had such a great experience with Jason from Zest Plumbing! He was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough from the moment he arrived. We’ve had an issue with our toilet constantly running and have had other people come out in the past to “fix” it, but it always felt like they were just putting a Band-Aid on the problem. Jason took the time to actually explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and why, which I really appreciated. I also thought our outside faucet needed to be replaced because water was spraying everywhere whenever we used the hose. Jason could have easily told me it needed to be replaced and charged me for something unnecessary, but instead he was completely honest and told me the faucet was perfectly fine. I just needed a new water hose. That kind of honesty and integrity is so appreciated and definitely stood out to me. They were also very timely, and the entire experience from start to finish was easy and professional. It’s not always easy to find someone who is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, AND honest, but Jason checked all of those boxes. I will absolutely be using Zest Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber they can trust!

I had a backed-up main line at my house and called Zest Plumbing. One of the things I appreciated most was that there was no trip charge just to come out and see what was going on. They did a thorough assessment, explained the issue, and gave me a quote right on the spot. I accepted the quote, and Lynn took care of the work right then and there. He got everything working properly and also took the time to answer a few other plumbing questions I had. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process.
