Very clean store and staff are extremely polite. You can find about anything here and I love to come in and just browse and find those unique items.

⭐⭐⭐ I’m giving CAL Ranch 3 stars because customer service is very inconsistent. Sometimes the employees are helpful, but other times I can walk around the store while several employees are nearby and not one person asks, “Can I help you find something?” What bothers me most is that there have been times when I’ve asked for help loading a bag of chicken feed and the attitude I received made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I don’t know if it’s because of my skin color or something else but no customer should ever leave a store wondering whether they were treated differently because of how they look. Good customer service shouldn’t depend on who walks through the door. Every customer deserves the same courtesy, respect, and willingness to help. ⭐⭐⭐

Samuel was super helpful when I came in. He was the only one on the floor & had to help a few people at the same time, but still managed everything really well. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, & even though he had to step away a couple times to help others, he always came back and made sure I was taken care of. He was really nice and easy to talk to, and didn’t seem stressed even while juggling a few customers. He also helped me carry my heavy chicken coop out to my car, which I really appreciated! Overall just a really good, smooth experience, definitely great customer service!

Item shows in stock on the website available for pick up, drove all the way down there a half hour to find out the items not available and manager knew it have been stolen coming out of his office and apologizing for wasting my time he decides to just stay in his office. Not to mention that item should’ve been taken out of inventory if they knew it had been stolen, so people don’t waste their time driving down to buy it. The only advantage big box retailers have is being able to get items right away. That’s why these places are dying when everything can be shipped next day.

Came in tonight to walk around with my 10-year-old son. Ladies were so helpful and showed us lots of little peeps. Store was clean and fresh. Had a robot roaming the aisles doing something not sure what its job is. They are having a flash sale so if you’re looking for kayaks, they’re on sale
