Main Office

Terrible no return calls. They say they came to house to try to do an estimate. My cameras do not even show them coming to house. They say they had a hard time to open gate yet you can lift the outside handle with one finger. And we had discussed my dog being present and I had explained hes a big loveable dog and I was told thats ok we are dog people. I truly believe they never even came by or went to the wrong house. I just went outside and checked my gate and had no problem opening it. Didn't even get a return call letting me know they tried. Instead two weeks later after leaving a few messages to please return a call which never happened. Wife calls and finally got an individual to answer. And sad to say we were probably lied to about coming to the house to try to do the estimate. No communication. Not perfessional. Got told when they came by it was at the end of the day and it was a hot day. Communicating from the start would have played a big part that would have changed the direction of this. Your professionalism has to do with the heat and cold and rain and possibly snow. To use that as an excuse is pitty. Shame on you. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I had the opportunity to meet Joe on Saturday and Rock Springs. I had business to discuss with Joe and he drove to Rock Springs to meet me in person. Top notch guy the seems to care about his staff and clients. Nice qualities !

We were going to have to drill a new well for our property just for landscaping needs when we got a hold of Kenny & Joe. They redid our back yard, reconfigured sprinkler system adding more sprinklers using less water and adding gravel to some areas. Backyard is Beautiful and Functional now on our current well. They did a great Job and we will be using them again!!

Like the other reviewers to date, I've got to go with 5 stars, too. Villegas made a big difference in our small patio. Ken listened to what we wanted, then, without upselling us, offered some alternate suggestions which were much better, both in terms of materials and design. Although we had to work at a distance on this second home, Ken was an excellent communicator, and thankfully very patient with our various questions and alternative design musings, synthesizing those with the ideas he brought forward, to create a simple and affordable, yet beautiful, solution. The crew was efficient, polite, and professional. The hardscape is in and the planting needs to wait until spring, so I'll post photos then. In the meantime... thanks Ken and crew!

I owned an uptown Sedona hotel with extensive vegetation, including seasonal flowers, numerous planters and grass which Villegas Landscape maintained for over 30 YEARS! Also owned a retail shopping center located on the edge of uptown Sedona, which Villegas Landscape maintained for numerous years. Joe Villegas was an absolute pleasure to work with. If there was a problem, he had his staff handled it quickly. He and his team are honest, reliable and kept the properties looking beautiful! I am so pleased to wholeheartedly recommend Joe Villegas and his team! Sincerely, Phil Evans
