Accurate and complete survey of my property. Brandon worked to complete the survey buildings, trees, property lines and topo on time and efficiently. Exactly as proposed. Thanks

Brandon at VH Land Survey is truly outstanding! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He promptly answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. His attention to detail and expertise made everything seamless, and he completed the job exactly as promised. Whether you need property lines marked, a lot split, or a full survey, Brandon is the guy to call. His pricing is fair, his work is thorough, and he genuinely cares about getting it right. I highly recommend VH Land Survey to anyone needing reliable and efficient surveying services!

I have used Brandon (owner of VH Surveying LLC) for a few of my personal properties. He produces accurate, top quality topographical and boundary surveys. It's also important for you to know that he delivers on or before the promised date. I have referred several clients to him, each reporting to me the same positive experience.

Brandon Van Horn did a fabulous job surveying my property on 3 occasions. He’s wonderful to work with, reasonably priced and really knows what he’s doing. He goes the extra mile helping with getting the proper paperwork together for submitting the plans to Yavapai County and his surveys have all been approved by the county. I highly recommend him and we will always use him for all of our real estate projects in the future. Bert Campbell, Chino Valley.

I have a very remote 40 acre parcel with extreme elevation deep in the Bradshaw Mountains. It had not been surveyed since 1905. Brandon was amazing and located all boundaries in a single day. He even followed up and pinpointed some original claiming features for me. Excellent service and survey map. Brandon is a really experienced surveyor with tons of knowledge. Thanks again Brandon!
