Valdez Architects have been great to work with in designing a home for me in Sedona. Both Freddie and Andrea are a great team and provide excellent services. I always thought the process of designing and building a home would be stressful, but Valdez Architects have made the process seem easy and it has been fun working with them throughout the design and the building phase of my project. One great attribute of Valdez Architects is they have a unique niche in providing both great architectural and interior design services. Before we even broke ground, we had all of interior designed all the way down from the tile to window shades. I always looked forward to their videos showing me the progress of the home design and explaining to me in a lot of detail the process and questioning me on items that needed my input. I could not be happier with the Valdez architectural firm and was very fortunate to select them as my architect for the project.

I worked with the Valdez Architecture team designing my new custom mountain modern home. They were extremely receptive to my input and helped guide me throughout the process of designing an amazing home in the Colorado mountains. Their positive attitude and excitement regarding my project was very encouraging and helpful. Valdez Architects' professionalism, ability to stay on deadline and within budget parameters was exemplary. I would highly recommend them to any family member and have recommended them to friends and to my clients. My family and I are preparing to move into our beautiful new home, with much anticipated excitement, in a few weeks. The process has been a wonderful experience under the knowledgeable guidance of Valdez Architects.

I had the pleasure of working with Freddy on a custom home in Flagstaff. As a general contractor, I appreciated his attention to detail, his willingness to respond to questions in a timely manner as well as meeting on site whenever we needed his input. His plans are thorough and accurate, and he works well as a team player with both owner and contractor. I can highly recommend working with Valdez Architects.

Valdez Architects has a knack for making houses and buildings unique and beautiful. Not only are they very skilled architects, they also put in the hard work and effort to make sure their designs are perfect for their clients! They bring their client’s vision to life. I would very much recommend them as they are highly talented and efficient!

We’ve known Freddie and Andrea for almost twenty years. Our relationship began in Breckenridge Colorado when Freddie designed our mountain home. Aside from being amazingly talented, Freddie is a stand up, honest and trustworthy individual. He and Andrea make the perfect team and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. We have built four homes over the years and by far, the best and most issue free experience we had has been with Valdez Architects. To me they embody the “perfect team” concept….in both their professional and personal lives.
