Our heater went out and we had the best experience replacing our heater through Utah State HVAC. They are truly the best HVAC company in the valley, it was very simple to set up an appointment and they did a great job explaining the process! Nate showed up on time, immediately put us at ease, and handled the replacement with total care. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done. The house is warm again, everything works perfectly, and the whole process was far easier than expected. Truly grateful for Nate’s help and would absolutely recommend this company.

We had our heater replaced and had an excellent experience with Utah State HVAC. Nate was our technician and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our home. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The install was efficient, clean, and stress-free, and our new heater is working perfectly. Highly recommend this company and especially Nate if you need HVAC work done!

Matt took some time to assess existing system which was over 20 years. made a recommendation and bid. The new install was great, well done and thorough. The tech Nate was very conscientious and took the time needed to complete and do things correctly! Thankyou!

Needed to replace 20+ year old HVAC system got some bids Utah State HVAC Smashed the other bids. Uriah helped me pick a system that was top tier without breaking the bank it was refreshing that they didn't try to upsell me while also finding rebates to lower cost. The installer Nate was very professional and did an excellent job while keeping things clean was very impressed with the overall service of Utah State HVAC would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs A+

Two weeks after a local competitor checked out my furnace, it stopped working. After scheduling an appointment a few days out online a representative from Utah State HVAC quickly called me and politely insisted they could send someone over that same day. Matthew identified the problem (a possible motor or bad circuit board on a discontinued furnace) and offered a few reasonable repair or install solutions to choose from. A few days later Nate showed up on time and performed the furnace install, walked me through the work he had done, and had given me a quick walkthrough of how the new thermostat works. The new furnace is running great!
