I’ve had multiple times where I needed a plumber this week and Tyler has been awesome! Everything he repaired has been working great. he did everything so quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy. Being friendly definitely doesn’t hurt either. Will recommend Trident Plumbing any time I get the chance! Thank you!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! We had a fantastic experience with Sergio from Trident Plumbing & Drain. Our journey started during our home inspection while we were still 1,300 miles away, packing for our move. After our general inspector flagged a faulty pressure-regulating valve (PRV), we contacted Trident, and they sent Sergio. He assessed the PRV, inspected a water softener loop that had been unused for over two years, and gave us clear, upfront quotes for both the valve replacement and a new water softener system. Once we closed on the house, we scheduled the work and were thrilled that Sergio came back to complete the job. He finished installing everything today, and the workmanship is excellent. Throughout the process, Sergio was professional, explained everything clearly, and happily answered all of our questions even after the job was done. Thank you, Sergio, for taking such great care of our new home. We highly recommend Trident Plumbing & Drain!

Tyler did an outstanding job installing our water softener. He was professional, super helpful, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation was clean, efficient, and everything was working perfectly before he left. It was awesome to see the finished product and we are satisfied with the service we got. We really appreciate his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a water softener and filtration system!

Mike was great and very friendly. He explained why our issue with the water heater occurred and walked me through what he was going to do. Cleaned up any mess that was made. Highly recommend Trident Plumbing.

We were looking for a water softner system for our home. We called Trident and they were able to send out Mike the next morning. He explained all of the options, the differences between them and answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable and really nice. He didnt try to push anything on us and gave us some quotes. Mike was able to come back a few hours later and install our softner. The whole experience was easy and quick. We will definitely use Trident again for any plumbing needs.
