I can’t say enough about Thompson Heating and Cooling, Josh, Dee and their team worked tirelessly from start to finish helping us get and install our new hvac system. They are kind and professional and truly a blessing to have in our community.

All of the technicians with Thompson's are batting 1,000 with me for 7+ years: They're personable, knowledgeable and responsive. I don't have that level of confidence in any other company.

First, many thanks!! I called late afternoon recently to get just a rough estimate on a new Heat Pump and ducting. I had an educated guess for a 'no frills', existing ductwork job. Joan (wife) pointed out the old ductwork was garbage and we needed to finally get started NOW, please. So I called. Katie had Cody at our door in like 12 minutes. Just that - Cody showing up end-of-day cheerful and kind when he should have been on his way home for a peaceful evening - made a huge impression on us. He began J-calcing, disappearing into the attic a couple times. 3 hours later we were at the estimates. I was only off by $200 for a 'no frills' use existing ductwork guess of 14.8k. We went over options, added a bit more ducting to cover the enclosed carport and little workroom and the estimate became the proposal. Ended @ ~$22K for new Rheem 16 SEER2 HVAC, New Insulated Ducting, Custom Return Ducting... and an Ecobee thermostat thing-deal. The job went well for me (no work), was interesting for them =). I listened to them work and they were a top notch crew. From newest to oldest on the crew, no dullards, no slackers. Anything popped up, they handled it quickly, professionally, neatly. They were kind to geezer me, and the dogs Wallace and Susie (we were in the way the most). Not once did anyone from Thompson try to push unwanted or unneeded extras on us. Every time I asked any of them for an honest, experienced opinion or suggestion I believe I got the truth. We did sign up for the twice yearly check & adjust plan. Overall, My wife, daughter, I, and the dogs and cats all feel we got much more than we expected for much less than we expected and we got to support a local business as well - they are golden. This was truly one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had! Aiden Egan was the technician who came out to work on our unit, and he exceeded every expectation. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable and confident in the service being provided. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both their work and their customers the way Aiden does. His attention to detail, honesty, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We are beyond grateful for his help and professionalism. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would — 10 stars all the way!

Cody and all workers were amazing. They are really nice and very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. They worked very hard in the two days they were at my house. They installed two heaters and two air conditioning units. They also had to deal with other issues from previous units that were installed. They replaced and fix all wiring, other issues and cleaned up after themselves. The thermostats they also installed were easy to link to the app ecobee and hook up on the WiFi. Thompson and heating is amazing all around company to work with. I would recommend this company and wish I could have given them more than a 5 star rating
