Had a sewer line clog and TCR was able to get us in the next day as a referral from our normal plumber. Brent came by and was extremely helpful, informative and kept us in the loop every step of the way as we encountered a few new details about our older home (built in 1942). Brent got the line unclogged, was mindful of our pets and kiddos, and was extremely courteous and personable. We will definitely use TCR again for the recommendations they made to upgrade / improve our existing plumbing. Thanks again, Brent! You’re the man!

TCR had Brent respond to our morning request which was exceptional. Brent was professional, personal and very experienced. The work was completed promptly, clean and we would highly recommend their use. The lines were snaked twice and all within the minimum service charge. Very happy.

TCR was extremely friendly & very prompt!!! Lifesavers! Terence was awesome! In & out fairly quickly and great pricing. Keeping them on speed dial for any future plumbing need in Flagstaff. Thank you!!!!

Brian the Plumber and his apprentice Carlos did a great installation of a new water heater for us, they were very knowledgeable and personable. I would hire them again for any plumbing repairs that come up in our house. Thanks

Called them on a friend’s recommendation, I’ve used TCR for three separate plumbing issues now, each times they were able to dispatch a tech either the same day or the next business day. Tony and Terrance were both knowledgeable and fixed the issues quickly. I am a nosy homeowner and want to know the steps to the fix, and they both walked me through each step of the repair. Will definitely keep using TCR.
