Justin just left after doing a first-class job. Replacing a bathroom faucet is something I would have done, but arthritis makes it impossible for me now. He worked efficiently and expertly. He left no mess — got to applaud a man who cleans up after himself. He was polite and friendly. He explained the cost ahead of the installation, making sure I was all right with the price before he did the work. I give him a 5-Star rating. Besides installing the faucet I bought from Loews, he also replaced 30-year-old supply valves, which were corroded by our wonderful, calcium-rich water. I'm a happy homeowner tonight. Our lower kitchen sink pipe was corroding and although we did not have a leak, we knew it would eventually give out. We have always trusted Sun City Plumbing & Heating for our plumbing issues and I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience. Justin and Mario were so courteous, professional and explained what needed to be done and the estimate was very reasonable. They did an excellent job and even installed a clean out which makes it easier to go through the pipe if we have other issues.

Sun city replaced our itty bitty manufactured home bathtub withi a beautiful walkin shower. They sent Rueben, Joel and Todd. They over came many obstacles to install it. Floor joist in the way, had to rip out and repair the walls and level the floor. The result as you can see is a more functional and safe walk in shower with matching sink faucet. Sun city, they do more than just AC and water heaters.

Sun City Plumbing replaced a cast iron pipe underneath my house. They did a great job. The price was very reasonable too. The technicians Isaac and Jose were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you guys for a great job well done. Cleaned the area too after they finished.

Sun City Plumbing came several times over the course of the past few months to install a completely new central air system. The price was very reasonable and the crews that came were very kind and knowledgeable. They discovered that a section of my ductwork was rotted through. They were very patient while I found the funds to cover this unexpected cost. They came back and were able to run all the duct work through the attic without having to pull any drywall, which reduced the time of the project down from the 2 week estimate to one day. They worked incredibly hard in my attic to make this work. They even removed the old ductwork from the swamp cooler that was there in the 90s long before I bought the house. The effort they showed to do the right thing is a dying art. When they were pulling out the old ductwork in the attic, they accidentally punched through the drywall. The next day they sent this general contractor, Todd Hensley, to do a patch job. He was an absolute wizard! Performing drywall patchwork with texture, primer and paint is a very difficult skill set. He is very meticulous and the care he puts into his craft is very apparent. The point is, the customer service at Sun City Plumbing is outstanding, the crews are very good at what they do. I am now a Sun City Plumbing & Heating customer for life.
