Had a very positive experience with SKS rebuilding a series of balconies for an apartment complex. The team was timely, responsive, thorough, and very professional. Shahab was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Our project manager Simon was great to work with and made my job coordinating with our tenants easier. Based on my very positive experience with the team, we have decided to work with them on our next earthquake retrofit. Have now also worked with them on a seismic retrofit and again it was such a seamless, stress-free process. They handled it so efficiently and professionally, and were very accommodating to our residents. Looking forward to working together on future work!
