SiteOps performed a boundary and topographic survey for a piece of land I'm purchasing in Sedona, AZ. They started the project very soon after I contacted them and delivered the survey files faster than I expected. They were also very prompt in answering my questions. I'll definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them.

Hired Siteops to do a feasibility study on some land I was considering purchasing to build a home. Was quoted $500. Jason with Siteops sent me an invoice for $7900. He went ahead and did the complete grading and drainage package for the property without my knowledge. I would not spend almost $8000 for a study on land I did not own and ultimately did not purchase. I wondered why that was done. Found out Siteops didn’t even do the work. Jason outsourced a draftsman to do it and found out he charged Siteops $800. That’s a lot of mark up. I wouldn’t hire Siteops for anything moving forward as they are dishonest and Jason is an absolute bully If you do hire them, make sure they’re not just going to hire someone else and mark it up. I asked for a copy of the contract knowing I never signed anything. Got it from their lawyer. Guess what. NO SIGNATURES. This we be settled in court as I’m not just handing over that kind of money to a company that’s obviously very dishonest. This is NOT the first time Jason has sued.
