Sierra Homes Construction
Sierra Homes Construction is a full-service general contractor in Tremonton specializing in custom home design and construction. They assist clients from the initial drafting phase through to the final build.
This is what you get when Sierra homes is a developer run hoa because they won't turn it over to the residents who actually own the homes. Weeds over run in yards, dead plants, no notification of any work being done so residents who own homes have no idea what's going on at any time. Sierra homes will say they won't turn over hoa bc they are still building but what does condo retail stores have to do with residential townhouses (haven't started building anything in over a year). They would have different rules anyway. Plus Sierra homes uses side parking of the townhouses to store their trailers and construction stuff. Their employees barel down our road at 100 mph and don't care these are people's homes. Don't let this company be your developer run hoa!!! I am still waiting on a print out of what my hoa fees are going to with receipts of what they truly are spending our money on. Side note, the "management company" they hire is just a blame game saying the developers are watching the landscape. They do nothing, both blame each other. Our sprinklers still haven't been turned on and everything is dying. They both use homeowners as cash cows.
