As a contractor in town, I use Showcase carpets often. I have never been let down or disappointed in any of their services and quality. The pricing is competitive and they can easily match items of like quality.

Awhile back we purchased our carpeting with pad and installation from Showcase Carpet (132 Sq Yds). We ordered the carpeting from Dreamworks and it was installed by their supposedly "premium" installer Juan, who has 20+ years experience. We expected that there would be some 'minor' damage to the baseboards but did not expect to have to fill gouges in them, completely repaint and to have the walls above the baseboards beat up. Also, the grout in the front of our fireplace was also chipped out by the installers. They were also not careful taking doors off either. We ended up taking them down ourselves to prevent any more damage. The carpet seams throughout our house are very noticeable and are unacceptable. When Joel Mills, the owner, from Showcase came to our house after we complained, he said that he thought the seams looked good and we should give it a YEAR or so to traffic them out and that they should look better. "A YEAR" you have got to be kidding me! He said that he would get somebody to clean up the doorway seams but that has yet to happen. However, he did see that the carpeting did have defects throughout. He contacted Dreamworks and they offered us a refund for the carpet defect, which we accepted, rather than have our house beat up again by their installers to remove and replace the carpeting. Joel did send their tile installer out to see about repairing the grout on the fireplace, but we feel, to grind out the grout and replace it would be an awful mess and there is no guarantee that it would match the old grout. The bottom line is "buyer beware". And we would never buy any more carpet again by Dreamworks. The sad part about this carpeting is, it was made in the USA. We have come to expect this kind of quality from China, but in our own country, shame on you.

As much today as it was thirty years ago, excellent customer service and expertise. I had linoleum laid in a large kitchen/dining room area. Great work and long-lasting quality! Lately, I used their carpet cleaning service. These people take pride in their work, and I highly recommend them.

They were amazing! Staff handling my calls and the in person cleaner (Fred) were so nice and friendly. You couldn't beat the price, and they did a bang up job on my carpets! Highly recommend!
