Tyler Karsaba came out 3 separate times to help us with our ac issues. He cleaned the evaporator coils, verified refrigeration pressures, re-insulated and remounted the TXV bulb. But… he did waaay more than that. He became friends with my dogs lol who watch for his return. But wait… there’s more. While he was waiting for the coils to thaw… he asked if our fireplace was working to which I said not since 2010. So what does he do? He installed a new switch, new switch plate, cleans the inside of it, does something else and then wa-la… fireplace works again. No charge. Just wants to get it going for us. Guess who is coming in the fall to make it look purty and brand new? Great customer service from everyone that helped us at Salmon for there were a few but I have to hand it to Tyler who even when sick came out and finished it up and got it working. It’s been 24 hours since and our house is a steady 68 degrees. Honestly, this is the best it has ever worked. Even our daughter’s bedroom on the 3rd floor is nice and cool!! Thank you!!!!
