Main Office

While we had plans much more grand than what we ended up going with as we plan to relocate we did do a lot of demo work and preplanning with Rudd Builders. The communication was good and planning went smoothly. Will use again for future plans at our next location.

Paul and Carl were great. When my water heater went out they fixed it ASAP. And when it threw some weird errors, Carl fixed it that night. Will definitely use them again. Carl was careful, thoughtful, and clean in all his work

Paul and his team helped us build a shed/office combo in our backyard. From the initial consult, Paul was quick and easy to communicate with, a rare find in this field! We appreciate the mock-ups and the detailed spreadsheet of costs. He was flexible to work with our budget, allowing us to purchase some items and do some of the work to cut down on costs. This team is hard-working, respectful, and timely. We highly recommend Rudd Builders for your next home project!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul and John on a complete remodel of my 1000 sq ft basement. From demolition to the final touches, including plumbing, electrical work, light framing, vinyl flooring (stairs included), and installing Ikea cabinets, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and skill. What sets Paul and John apart is not just their exceptional workmanship, but their incredible communication and reliability. They consistently showed up when promised and were always willing to accommodate changes, ensuring the project met my exact needs. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is truly appreciated. Their integrity and willingness to go above and beyond were clearly demonstrated when I encountered an issue unrelated to their work. They were at my home within 24 hours to address and fix the problem, a testament to their stand-up character. My basement has been transformed into a beautiful space, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Paul and John are undoubtedly the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. Their dedication, skill, and customer service are unmatched, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality work and a smooth, pleasant experience. Thank you, Paul and John, for everything!

We hired Rudd Builders to add three doors—one on each level of our home—to create a private ensuite guest suite, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Paul was exceptional to work with. He was clear about all costs and gave a detailed breakdown of materials and labor, which made everything very transparent. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient—they got the job done quickly while keeping us updated every step of the way. Their communication and workmanship were excellent. We highly recommend Rudd Builders and will definitely be using them again for future projects!
