Main Office

Two different friends recommended Rim Country to us to get our HVAC serviced. We had a great first experience with them! The woman answering the phone (sorry I don’t know her name) was very helpful both times I phoned. She was friendly and patiently answered all my questions and got me an appointment scheduled in just a couple of days. Talyn was our technician and he did a great job. He was on time, professional, and clean. We have a package unit mounted on our roof and unfortunately it is directly above our bedroom. (Brilliant design 🙄) We’ve gotten used to the noise but after some windy days earlier this year it was noisier than before. I mentioned it to Talyn and he said he’d see if there was anything he could adjust while he was up there. Well I don’t know what magic he preformed but it is the quietest it’s ever been. Thank you Talyn and Rim Country! We definitely recommend this business,

We recently had a mini-split Heat Pump/Air Conditioner installed at our summer home in Lakeside. Samson and Edwin did a very good job of installing the Mitsubishi system. Both installers were highly professional and courteous during their time at our home. It took the team about five hours to complete the installation. Before the team returned to their office, Samson provided a system demonstration and explained everything we would need to know to properly operate the system. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of their work. The installers did not cut any corners and ensured that we were satisfied with the installation and the quality of the mini-split system.

The installers did a very professional job with everything straight level and plum, looks very nice.

Excellent service. The technician, Edwin, was very professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired my home furnace. I am very pleased with the services provided. I will certainly use them again for any future needs.

Joe and John were out today to replace an AC unit on one of my listings. They did a great job. Everything is working well. They were here on time, got their work done and cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys.
