Patrick Rogers Rare Form Builder was a pure delight to work with! If you are lucky enough to have him and his company build and or remodel your house, know that you will be taken care of as if you are family. He is considerate, trustworthy, kind and does a first rate job. I love my house, it's my sanctuary. He and his wife Johnna will be our friends for life. Nick and Michele Brunacini

Rare Form has been fantastic! Patrick is extremely responsive, addresses concerns promptly when they come up, and his team are professionals, spectacular at what they do, and so personable (something above and beyond mere construction work). They do everything they can to stay on schedule and make the disruption that build projects bring (for everyone involved) as painless and efficient as possible. They’ve even become buddies with our little kid who loves watching them work. We have really appreciated the team’s attention to detail and are looking forward to continued work with them on future projects.

I thank my lucky stars that we found RareForm. They are the best! I have heard so many GC horror stories from friends and colleagues, but to my delight working with RareForm was a really smooth ride. Everything was always communicated in the most calm, clear and transparent fashion. I honestly feel like Patrick and his team were as emotionally invested in the success of our project as we were. The remodel turned out to be a real jewel box, and I would whole heartedly recommend them for anyone looking for a top notch GC. We are getting it professionally photographed next week, so these pics don't do it justice!

Patrick and the team at Rare Form are the whole package. It is truly rare to find a builder that cares about the design of a space and how details come together. They are collaborative and want the best for each project they build. Attentive to the budget, timeline, and longevity of each build. As a designer, it is a joy to find a contractor I'd work with over and over again. Rare Form is that for me!

We are currently working with RareForm Builders on our custom home in North Scottsdale, and the experience has been very positive. Patrick and his team understand the level of precision required for a highly architectural, design-driven home and have worked collaboratively with us and our architect throughout the process. Patrick is responsive, practical, knowledgeable, and transparent about costs. He has also been flexible in helping us identify meaningful savings without compromising the original design intent. Building a custom home involves countless decisions and unexpected challenges, and we appreciate RareForm’s willingness to communicate openly, explore solutions, and keep the project moving forward. Although our home is still under construction, we have been impressed by the team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to bringing a very unique vision to life.
