Dustin from Pure Home Heating & Air did a phenomenal job servicing my HVAC system! He was quick, efficient, and very thorough. He took the time to walk me through the reports and explain how I can better run my air conditioning unit during the summer to keep it working efficiently. I truly appreciated his expertise, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions. I plan to have him come back in the fall to service my furnace and make sure everything is running properly before winter. I highly recommend Dustin with Pure Home Heating & Air for anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and reliable HVAC service!

Dustin is great to work with! He’s honest, does great work, and helps you troubleshoot (to make sure he’s even needed) to save you money. He’s helped me with my own home, my rental properties (got the AC up and running so fast!), and my parents’ home. He has done new installs as well as repairs and everything has gone smoothly for a very fair and competitive price. He’s great at answering any questions you have and gets to your job as fast as he can. I highly recommend Dustin and PureHome Heating and Air!

Dustin and his team have been great to work with! He is honest, trustworthy and efficient! My AC went out last summer and he was able to fix it quickly and I’ve been having him come do seasonal tune ups ever since!

We had Pure Home Heating & Air come out for an AC tune-up, and Dustin was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was checking and why. He was honest about the condition of our system and helped us understand a maintenance item that needed attention without any pressure. As first-time condo owners, we really appreciated how thorough he was and how comfortable he made the whole process. It’s hard to find companies you can trust, and Dustin definitely earned our confidence. We highly recommend Pure Home Heating & Air and will absolutely be using them again in the future!

We have 2 AC units at our place and one of them was definitely not delivering any cold air. The refrigerant needed to be topped off. Dustin came out and was great to work with! I asked him to check the other AC unit because although it was cooling the air, it seemed like it was not performing as well as it could be. He ended up topping that one off as well and boy what a difference! I’m really glad I found PureHome!
