Main Office

We were referred to Mike and Peak One Builders by our realtors when we couldn’t find the exact house with the view we wanted. Mike and his team turned the house into just what we pictured. We did a complete renovation, basically taking everything to the studs of the existing 3000 sq. ft. home and added an additional 1500 sq. ft., including a master wing, office, bedroom and a casita. Mike’s construction knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. Jesse’s communication and work ethic far exceed those in the industry. They were both willing to go out of the box and try different projects to make the house unique and one of a kind. They were flexible and understanding to ensure they met our needs and completed the job quickly. - Bryan & Bobi These are just a few before and after pictures.

If I had to characterize Peak One Builders & Restoration with one word, it would be, professionalism. Peak One is owned and operated by Mike Christenson, a still young army veteran who is the embodiment of trust, integrity, experience, and a can-do attitude. Mike, Jesse, Morgan and team were great to work with from providing a detailed estimate and scope of work that we could use with our insurance company, all the way through permitting, demolition, rebuilding, and finishing of our kitchen / great room. A lot of this happened while we were away and I cannot say more in terms of how we trusted Mike, Jesse and team to be working in our home while we were not present. It was easy for us to discuss challenges and follow-up items with Mike as they arose - he was unflappable, solution-oriented and he and Jesse worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen / great room project, and are very happy that we worked with Mike Christensen and the team at Peak One Builders along with their kitchen cabinet partner, Affinity Kitchens.

I was referred to Peak One Builders by friends who had previous experiences with them. I needed a pool and horse barn built at my new home. I met Mike Christianson, the owner, and it was clear from the very beginning I had chosen the right company for my project. Mike listened to what we were envisioning, asked all the right questions, and got to work. He came back with the perfect design for both the pool and barn so we gave the project to them and off to work they went. We never had to be concerned about the progress because throughout the entire project Mike and his crew stayed on track and kept us apprised of the progress of the build. He and his team completed the job on time, even overcoming typical construction delays. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic is second to none. The finished product superseded our highest expectations and is admired by anyone that's seen it. Mike is a local veteran and his personal work ethic reflects that. I was proud to offer him the job and I highly recommend Peak One Builders to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

We may not have been able to move forward with using Peak One as our builder, but we truly felt compelled to leave a review because of how helpful they were. From the very first conversation, they took the time to genuinely understand our project and ask thoughtful questions. They walked us through the initial steps we needed to take — from septic tank planning to the water system setup — and clearly explained who we needed to contact and what should be done first. That kind of guidance is invaluable when you’re just starting out. They even provided us with information for another builder who could better fit our budget. That level of honesty and willingness to help, even when it didn’t directly benefit them, speaks volumes about their integrity. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only answers the phone, but also takes the time to offer real guidance without pressure. That’s exactly how we experienced Peak One — sincere, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We truly appreciate their time and professionalism, and we would highly recommend them to anyone starting a building project.

Peak One Builders & Restoration recently replaced my roof due to a hailstorm event. They dealt directly with the insurance company and the adjuster to manage the full re-roof from start to finish. We did not have to navigate the insurance claim on our own. They coordinated everything with the insurance company and kept us informed during the entire process. They also installed a foil barrier on the roof in addition to the roofing underlayment, which made a noticeable difference on our electric bills throughout the course of the year. Peak One Builders & Restoration were professional and thorough through the entire process. We highly recommend using Peak One Builders & Restoration for your next re-roof, remodel, or new home build.
