Highly recommend using them for your next home build! Their custom work is top-notch, communication throughout the process was excellent, and they're one of the most reliable builders in the Prescott, AZ area. Plus, they're proudly Veteran-owned and operated, it's great to support a business with strong values and integrity!

We were very fortunate to find Sully with Palerider Construction. We were a small build compared to his usual. He was was very thorough and we are very happy to be in. Thank you for everything.

We built a guest house with Palerider. The project came out just as we had planned it with the architect and Sully (Benjamin). Sully itemizes the build, so you can track it and he came in right at budget, even with a series of changes. The tradesman that Sully uses are experienced and very good at their assignments. The quality of the build is 5 star. The communications and pricing are straight forward and easy to navigate. Delays can happen with tradesmen schedules and especially Yavapai County. Sully is honest and reputable and I would work with him again on another project.
