⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the work Jackson did on my HVAC and plumbing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand, and went over my options before starting any work. His attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding. He didn’t cut corners, made sure everything was done correctly, and left the work area clean when he finished. It’s obvious that he takes pride in his craft and genuinely cares about doing quality work. What really stood out was his honesty and communication. He answered all of my questions patiently, kept me updated throughout the job, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s hard to find someone who is both highly skilled and dependable, but Jackson is exactly that. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, professional, and committed to providing top-quality HVAC and plumbing services, I highly recommend Jackson. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any future work and will gladly recommend him to friends and family. Five stars all the way!

I hired NCB Mechanical to repair a leak above my water heater. Before the technician arrived, my water heater was producing hot water. After the visit, it would no longer ignite. He was trying to light using the ignition switch and a flame The technician told me the unit was too old and quoted me approximately $3,500 for a replacement. After being without hot water for 3 weeks I had another licensed plumber inspect the unit. He was able to manually light the water heater and restore my hot water. During his inspection, he found that the orange ignition wire had been severed and told me that, in his opinion, it did not appear to be a failure caused by normal age or wear. He also told me the water heater did not need to be replaced just to restore hot water. Based on my experience, I am very concerned about what happened during the first service visit. I have photographs, video from the appointment, and documentation of the condition that was found afterward. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience If you hire them, I strongly encourage you to get a second opinion and don’t leave the tech alone with working equipment because it might not work afterwards. In the hopes you buy expensive equipment from them

The NCB Mechanical team installed two units for me. The team was professional, efficient and gave me a great price. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Swamp Cooler! Ryan Vanderham with NBC Mechanical was absolutely exceptional! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled at what they do, but also genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Ryan was thorough, efficient, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out, and I felt completely confident in the work he performed. NBC Mechanical is very fortunate to have Ryan on their team. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC or mechanical services. Truly outstanding service from start to finish — 5 stars all the way!

NCB Mechanical Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Gabriel Soto was super pleasant, professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions, called me over to show relevant and important issues with the sink & disposal install. He left the work area in better condition than when he started. Highly recommend Gabriel as well as Javier Gutierrez who provided the estimate.
