Main Office

This company was referred to me by another company after I had a leak in my kitchen. I started off dealing with Marco in the office and then was dealing with Miguel. These guys know what they are doing. They were on time and the crews were very polite and supremely professional. They did the most beautiful job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. I appreciated the fact that they dealt with the insurance company directly and got my kitchen done. Miguel was great at answering my questions when I had them. He was so nice. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB!!!!!!

Great experience with Modern Roofing. Saw a Facebook ad from Modern and they came out next day to look at my home. They gave us a quote to replace our tile roof and came back in line with what we expected and decided to move forward. We got on the schedule quick and our project was completed within 1 day. Crew was cordial and professional. Would recommend!

Recently Modern Roofing did an amazing job for our roofing project, and I couldn’t be more grateful to get to worked with Miguel. From the initial and very detailed quote gave me the security to move forward with our project. Miguel is very professional and well knowledgeable. His team was punctual and respectful with our tenants. Miguel maintained clear and daily communication. Every day Miguel texted me pictures for the daily progress. Miguel explained to me in detail on how the warranty works etc. They were no hidden cost at all, just an honest and fare pricing. Modern Roofing used high-quality materials and completed the job efficiently and fast, I was very pleased that the whole roof of my house was done in only 3-4 days. I highly recommend Modern Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services. Thank You Miguel.

Miguel Burrola at Modern Roofing was a pleasure to work with from inspection, to quote, to installation, and walk through at the end. Jonathan and his team delivered on time within my very tight schedule and on budget. The new roof was installed in 1.5 days and it looks great. They also did a very thorough cleanup around the property plus they secured my wobbly gutter without me even asking. It's the details that really put them over the top. I highly recommend Modern Roofing!

We had our house built in 2005, and we've had several roof leaks that required repairs. I saw Modern Roofing advertisements on social media and called for an estimate. Tyler was our first appointment. He called on his supervisors to conduct an extensive evaluation of our roof. They presented an electronic proposal with photos of the trouble spots on the roof and facade of our home. It was done professionally and was extensive. One feature that we appreciated was the three estimates depending on the quality of the materials and labor involved. We chose the top estimate because we didn't want to worry about future issues. Miguel and Rudy conducted the next order of business after I had paid my deposit. They facilitated the setup and handed over the heavy lifting to Francisco and the crew. Their hard work was commendable, and the way they managed in the extreme heat and the daily threat of thunderstorms was admirable. Their estimate of 6 days proved longer due to the weather, and we all worked collaboratively, knowing that a professional, polished roof installation was the ultimate goal and reward. After the clean-up and final details, the roof was completed to our satisfaction. A compelling feature of their artistry was excellent communication throughout the process. Even after Francisco's crew finished the day's work, they secured the roof so we never had any water leaks during the severe weather. We lost our giant tree and our tree house in the windstorm, but the roof weathered the storm with no damage, and the giant tree fortunately fell away from the house, avoiding a sure disaster. We highly recommend Modern Roofing.
