Outstanding Workmanship, Professionalism, and Service! SMD Construction recently completed the framing of our two-story home, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! From start to finish, working with Eric and his crew was an absolute pleasure. They exceeded our expectations in every way, from the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail to their professionalism, jobsite cleanliness, and ability to complete the project efficiently. One thing I especially appreciated was their attention to minimizing material waste. Our original lumber quote ended up being short of what was needed to complete the project, but Eric was there every step of the way, helping coordinate the additional materials and ensuring we had exactly what was needed without unnecessary waste or expense. They also arrived fully prepared with all the heavy equipment necessary to tackle our two-story home. Their entire crew was hardworking, courteous, and respectful of our property, including the materials and personal items we had stored onsite. They consistently kept the jobsite organized and clean, which made a tremendous difference throughout the project. What really set SMD Construction apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. We made a few minor adjustments to the plans during construction, and they accommodated those changes without hesitation or hassle. They even went out of their way to pick up and deliver additional materials needed to complete the changes. That level of customer service and dedication is something you don't come across every day! Building a home is a major undertaking, and having a contractor you can trust, communicate with, and count on makes all the difference. Eric and his team made the framing portion of our build an incredibly positive experience, and we are genuinely grateful for all their hard work. I wholeheartedly recommend SMD Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and highly skilled framing contractor. They have absolutely earned our trust and will be our first call for any future projects. Thank you, Eric and the entire SMD Construction crew, for an outstanding job and for taking such great care of our home!
