RECOMMENDATION: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SALES REP DISASTER: the guy only cared about making a sale, refused to provide adequate information about units or rebate programs. Not his job, he says. Sold me something that wasn't good enough to get any rebates. INSTALLATION DISASTER: They had to return at least 8 times to fix problems with their installation. Three different thermostats with several adjustments each, outside icing up after first freeze + install outside sensor they forgot, the unit ran on emergency heat all first winter resulting in huge electricity bill, two drainage pumps, and the unit always sits in a puddle of water which did not happen with the old unit that they replaced. DOUBLE BILLING: Demand double payment, for something that is included in the original invoice. First threatened to refuse to honor warranty. Now refusing to honor the maintenance contract they signed.
