BEWARE!!!! Do NOT contract for work with this company. We filled out the application and submitted it along with many other required documents for a Soils Report. We were required to put $1000 down by electronic funds transfer, which we did. Two days after scheduling our appointment and WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION- the Owner, Scott called and cancelled our appointment and refused to do the work and then HUNG UP on me when inquiry about the reason. My husband then called to get clarification and the owner, Scott also HUNG UP on him. The owner was unaware and didn't seem to care that he already had our money. We then had to wait for them to mail a check, as they REFUSED to transfer it to our bank, as we did for them. I don't know how long it will take to get a check and we hope that it will clear the bank. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
