The guys did a great job refurbishing my ductwork after flooding. They also found and corrected some other issues and informed me of a drain leak I didn’t know existed. They were courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again if needed. 5 stars!

William is a great worker! He's efficient, kind, I trust him, that says alot! Ty Diann 3-5-26 Dillion did great job too! Nice, efficient n informative. Appreciate everyone at Lees! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ June 17th 2026. Lees (Will) serviced my Unit. (Maintenance). He has always done me right! Very knowledgeable, knows his job. He goes beyond what's necessary. He even cleans unit off. While using a Cane this time. (Hope your back gets better Will 🙏) I give Lee's A/C 💯✔️

We usually have Lee's Heating and Air, Inc. conduct season inspections and/or repair work to our HVAC systems, as necessary. On the trip this July (2026), Charles came out to conduct a full inspection and maintenance on our HVAC systems. He completed certain tasks that I had not witnessed since I moved here from Metropolis a few years ago, all for the better!!! He was kind, courteous, and was patient and thorough for answering all of my questions and allowing me to be nearby while he performed his work on our systems. My experience has been similar with other team members from Lee's Heating and Air. Their office staff works equally hard to make sure the customer is taken care of. On this last visit, my spouse and I noted a general improvement on the performance of the HVAC system. We are living in a time when it is difficult to find quality work and craftsmanship in HVAC and other trades. Lee's Heating and Air understands the need to provide good quality professionals to support its customers. I heartily recommend Lee's Heating and Air, Inc. to other that need HVAC maintenance and repairs at a reasonable price.

Absolutely wonderful service! Our HVAC had to be replaced and the owner spent almost an hour on the phone with me answering all of my questions and explaining my options. He was honest about what services we needed and which ones we didn’t, and this level of transparency can be hard to come by. We received quotes from many HVAC companies in town and Lee’s offers the best pricing and knowledgeable service, hands down. The front desk staff is great too and has great follow up!

Made a call at 11am. William and Fletcher arrived around 3pm the same day. Diagnosed the issue with my fan motor. Went to get the part and had it replaced by 5pm. Best work ive seen on a Friday in years!
