Your worker or one of the owners in the silver ford f150 was screaming out of his window threatening me, and cutting many people off, tailgating people, even tailgated an undercover police unit, driving over 90mph on the 89A from cottonwood to the beginning of west sedona.

Langstrand Contracting recently renovated a house we bought in December 2019. The old floor was removed completely down to the concrete slab and renovation included removing walls and installing a new wood plank floor as well as travertine tile. Work also included installing new gas lines, Designing a new gas fireplace, replacing windows, widening walls for new windows, installing numerous lights and other fixtures, and repainting the entire house. This was a large job with many aspects, including rethinking how the house was configured inside. Chris Langstrand was equally fastidious in the quality and skill of workers and subcontractors that he brought in for different jobs. Chris Langstrand offered innovative ideas about design and construction which produced for us a wonderfully livable house. Throughout the project, Chris was open, explanatory, helpful, on the job daily, and paid close attention to every detail. We so appreciate him and we recommend Langstrand Contracting highly and entirely without reservation.

Chris and his team did an amazing job on my 2 bathroom and kitchen remodels. He even helped me install new front and back doors. He was always communicating throughout the whole project and on-site either doing the work himself or advising his team to make sure our vision was completed. He was great to work with while working quotes and walking me through the finer details / decisions that I overlooked as this was my first major project. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and even helped me out with smaller projects I was handling myself throughout the house when he could. He handled everything from A-Z plus haul away which was a tremendous help. Him and his team was able to get this done on time and under budget. Highly recommend
