Kinney Construction Services is one of the finest contractors I have had the privilege to work with in Arizona. During my time at Northern Arizona University, Kinney completed more than 80 projects for me, ranging from highly sophisticated laboratory buildings to dining halls, retail food service facilities, an international pavilion, and many other academic and institutional buildings. Across that wide range of complexity, Kinney consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, technical expertise, integrity, and commitment to excellence. What truly sets Kinney apart is their ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, something that is increasingly rare in the construction industry and especially impressive on complex university and institutional projects. Their team understands how to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, design challenges, and client expectations with remarkable discipline and care. Kinney has long been regarded as a top-tier contractor not only in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, but across the state. I also know many other Kinney clients who highly recommend them for commercial, institutional, and large multi-family projects. I have tremendous respect for Kinney Construction Services and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a highly capable, trustworthy, and results-driven construction partner.
