Main Office

Despite my initial hesitation to a door-to-door encounter, the salesman pointed out damage to our roof caused by wind--something I had not myself noticed. They navigated the claim with my insurance carrier speedily and within 7 weeks from the original visit, our new roof was completed. The crew was pretty amazing. First day was a whopping 14 hours and by the following midday, the tear off and new installation was complete. I've had roofers out before and I must say, these guys place a huge emphasis on clean up--unlike the others. Tear off is a mess, but I echo the observations of others who have posted on this topic. When a supplemental matter arose necessitating insurance company approval--and questions arose related to added cost--the owner quickly stepped in in short order to allay my fears and so on. I engaged with numerous individuals in the company throughout the process and the level of professionalism exhibited was pretty darn good. Long story short--King Roofing turned out to be far more reputable, professional, and every other positive attribute I can think of than I ever expected. Whenever small issues arose, they were quick to fix or resolve the matter, unlike other whiny contractors who always have a "Not our row of corn!" attitude. Bruce was a great sales rep, while Jose was a wonderful Project Manager who took time to explain things as they unfolded. To anyone considering a new roof, might I suggest requesting Martha. She is friendly, knowledgeable and a wonderful asset to the company!

It’s never fun to hear you need a new roof, but after almost 30 years, a few leaks and El Niño coming, it was time… happened to see a king roofing truck on the freeway and looked up the reviews which were all positive and I have to say they were all right! Ferdinand came out right away and gave his assessment, gave us a couple of options and then we decided to go for the full roof redo for peace of mind. The team was on time and professional and cleaned up every day. We have a dog so they were extra careful with nails and other dangerous items. The roof looks great and we are now prepared for El Niño. Bring it on! thanks King roofing!

Anytime you come to visit your grandparents and there is a door to door guy in their home, you jump to defend them and want to make sure they are not being taken advantage of. So instinctly I had allot of questions, but for the first time ever, Richard with king roofing was able to answer and explain everything that was going on and the whole process of getting their roof done through insurance. If this company is half as good as their rep is, they deserve all 5 stars.

They did an excellent job from the beginning, sales, getting the information to the insurance company. The crew that did the roof were fast and did a good job cleaning up after. The ladies in the office that have helped along the way have been amazing. Great communication, always responding in a timely manner. I don’t know all of their names, but recently Maya has been very helpful. Thank you!!!

I tried to work with a few different roofing companies to get my roof repaired/replaced, before trying King. The others couldn't get my insurance company to cooperate, and ended up walking away. King offered to give it a try, and they put in some serious work. My insurance tried everything they could to get out of it, but King stayed right on top of everything, and ended up succeeding, and doing a great job! Then, when it came to actually replacing the roof, they surpassed my expectations again! They were fast, they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary extras, they were respectful, and the whole thing was a great experience. I highly recommend them. Every interaction I had with anyone in the whole company was professional and helpful. An awesome company.
