I had plumbing work done by a different company a decade ago. That former company failed to complete the terms of the contract I paid $10k+ for. Just Right bought them out a few years ago, and they just completed work from that old contract at no additional expense, honoring the terms of the original contract of the company it bought out. If you’re trying to create a loyal customer, congratulations, you have succeeded! In an era of feeling like every company nickel-and-dimes customers, Just Right was a huge breath of fresh air (and fixed plumbing)! They made the situation right, probably at a loss to them. I will be using Just Right for the foreseeable future and I encourage anyone reading this review to check them out too. Thank you!

I called Just Right on Friday, they came out Saturday, I told Jose that I just wanted the 1 item fixed, he did not push me to do more. Then I found out that I did NOT have a hard start on the ac unit and ask him for the price and added that on. I told him that I have a company that comes out twice a year to service my HVAC system and he told me that they have that program as well and if Iwas to sign up with Just Right it would eliminate today's service fee, so this was a Super Win for me and a Win for them! Since Jose did NOT preasure sale me, I will be using Just Right from here on out! My AC is up and running awesome! Jose is a GREAT asset to Just Right.

We called Just Right Heating and Cooling because our air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. Todd from Just Right Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job servicing our HVAC system. He was professional, thorough, honest, very polite, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of immediately trying to upsell unnecessary products. Todd performed a full checklist-style diagnostic process, including testing the capacitor, inspecting the evaporator coil, evaluating airflow, and carefully troubleshooting the system step by step. He identified that the fan assembly was extremely dirty….removed and thoroughly cleaned it. The difference afterwards was immediate — our vent airflow and return suction became very strong again and the house cooled down quickly. What really stood out was the quality of his work and attention to detail. After cleaning, the fan assembly looked brand new, Todd also took the extra time to wipe down the entire interior and exterior of the furnace cabinet, removing all of the accumulated dust and dirt. Everything was left exceptionally clean. He ensured we understood that with pets and our PSC blower that changing our filter at least once a month was going to matter a lot to ensure our system worked properly. Todd did offer an upgrade to our filtration system that his company could install but we passed for now. It’s rare to find technicians who are both technically skilled and genuinely professional, but Todd absolutely was. He explained things clearly, cleaned up properly, and followed diagnostic logic instead of guessing. We will definitely be calling Just Right Heating and Cooling again for future HVAC service and maintenance. Highly recommend.

Jake Newton and Cody Lewis were very friendly and helpful - great job answering our questions and working through the process of installing our new unit! There was a leak problem after they'd left - but they returned when we spoke with Bear. They replaced the unit and the new unit made funny noises after they left, which Bear said they would return in 3 days to assess. We chose not to use the ac for fear of making it worse, thus, leaving us to wait until Monday.

Sophia and Hunter were truly amazing. They came for a maintenance for my ac and ended up fixing my fireplace too! I thought they were the best ones from Just Right yet! Highly recommended to have these two out. Both went above and beyond. 10 out of 10. My dog Harley loved them too.
