We had decided to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) for a family member near our own house. Having seen the design and construction quality of a Hunter Building Group project for close friends, we chose HBG to carry the project from design to completion. In all honesty we could not have been happier. Chris and his team listened carefully to our “rough sketch” and crafted a great design that incorporated all that we wanted. Chris, Jolene, and the whole group were great to work with, with clear communication at the design, ground-breaking, and completion of the project. We received written updates weekly, summarizing work completed and what was upcoming. Questions and comments were always addressed quickly, clearly, and in writing, greatly reducing the stress! The work site was kept clean and neat, and the sub-contractors HBG brought in were top-notch. The on-site superintendent, Robert, was amazing and really kept us in the loop. I am a furniture designer and builder so I’m picky about design, fit, and finish - and HBG didn’t disappoint. Professional, skilled, responsive, and friendly: we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and strongly recommend them!
