Highlands Floor Covering was amazing! The carpet throughout our new house had to be replaced quickly due to smoke damage. Hannah especially was very helpful: she gave great design advice, called the carpet rep to get a discount, kept things on track, and kept us informed during the process. The installers were also very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you for doing so much - we love our new carpet!

A great group to work with - from help picking out the best flooring type for our needs (Pam) to a smooth and pleasant install (Paul). They were also flexible with my hectic schedule.

Dayli was incredible! And so was Channel (intern)! I visited every day for a week finding the right combination of tiles for our primary en-suite remodel. Everyone was patient, helpful, and kind. All inquiries were handled quickly. So glad we used Highlands Floor Coverings for this project.

My husband and i recently built out dream home that we have been planning and hoping for for 25 years. We used Highlands for all of our flooring and tile work. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and helped us tremendously to fulfill our vision. The craftsmen they use are extremely professional and skilled. Dayli was just fantastic and when I was overwhelmed with 'decision fatigue' she was so supportive, helpful and endlessly patient. I was 100% confident that she understood my vision and asked her opinions when I was unsure. We are so completely pleased with their service and care and I would, without question, recommend them to anyone!

New floors could not have been smoother! Replacing my LVP and carpet is something that I've put off for the 5 years I've been in my current house because it is a whole process I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with, but working with Dayli at Highlands made it easier than I could have imagined in my wildest dreams. Dayli did a fabulous job at helping me select the flooring that would be best for my budget and lifestyle and got me on the calendar. From there, all I did was wait for installation week :) The installers moved my larger furniture and knocked my whole house out in just under 5 days, including replacing all baseboards in the affected rooms. The installers did great! My house feels so upgraded and I couldn't be happier with the communication, service, and final results.
