Finding reliable contractors is always a risk, but Healey Landscaping Co turned out to be a great choice. Our landscaping took us years of hard work to build, yet it had been coming apart over time. Conner rebuilt it to look as good as, or better than, it ever did. He, his dad, his brother, and the rest of the crew made a good team and made sure the details were just how we wanted them. They rebuilt our retaining walls, replaced our lawn, and updated our sprinkler system, and they were not done until we were satisfied. We would hire them again without hesitation.

We have used Healy landscaping for several years for our snow removal at our business. They have done an excellent job for us over the years. Recently, we have also used them for our landscaping and residential sprinkler repairs. I would highly recommend their services. In fact, I have recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues who have also raved about their work. They are a great find in the world of landscaping. Very reliable and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I used Conner with Healey landscape last year and continued this year. I used him for a commercial multiplex and it when we met emphasized that he is to have his crew trim weeds and do some little trimming and pickup each week. I told him as I’m not at the property I need the complete job. I cannot be expected to go and mop up after these guys each time. In any event, they just weren’t doing the job. Just mow and blow service only. Waste high weeds and sucker trees growing in the beds. I discussed my concerns with Conner and he was kind of hostile. Two weeks ago, I visited the property and found that the lawn was nearly dead and drying up. His guys were blissfully mowing the dead grass without a care in the world. Could someone have called me so I can have it repaired? No call. Nothing. I had to fire him. He has gotten too big and just cannot deliver the quality he once had. I called with concerns and he was vacationing in Europe… I put out a call for bids and had literally dozens respond, happy to do the complete job at competitive prices to what he was charging. I had to take my time and interview and find a new service mid summer. Choose someone smaller and who thinks beyond the “mow and blow” is my recommendation.

I really liked the quality and care that Healey Landscape Co put into the residential landscaping. Everything looks neat, polished, and well maintained. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable landscaping service.

I waited a long time before posting this review in hope my lawn would improve, but unfortunately it has not. I had one of the nicer lawns in our neighborhiood but it was super bumpy. They advised us to scalp, aerate, top dress and overaeed our lawn which is exactly what I had wanted. I should have suspected something from the beginning when they arrived and the old lawn mower they were using would not stay running. I would have assumed they had a commercial mower, but they didn't. I actually leant them mine for the scalping. They did a terrible job mowing and left it uneven all over. They top dressed the lawn which should be a mixture of sand, compost and dirt. It appears to be mostly dirt and they layed it heavy in several places which ended up killing several spots of lawn even though we follwed the directions exactly as they told us. I sent over pictures concerned and asked if he could xome take a look. They were not as quick responding when they bid the job. Sometimes waiting over a week for a response. I was told it was there "busy season". I asked if he could at least come look at it and he said he worked in Noth Ogden as if it wasn't convenient ( it wasn't a problem bidding the job) Ater several weeks of lost Spring , they eventually sent someone out and he agreed that it was totally compacted in areas. He aerated some but not all the areas and threw some seed on top which did nothing. Because of the delayed response I am now in the heat of the summer and cannot seed. Bad grass is growing in the bare areas and I will most likely need to resod many of them. Super disappointed and would not recommend based off the poor follow up contact and lack of care for my yard.
