Enjoyed working with Hansen, awesome team members. Only complaint I have is they never really could give me an actual date they were coming out. They told me a rough time line but one day I just found some guys in my yard and had to ask if they were with Hansen. Would be helpful to get a phone call or text letting me know they were coming. Overall a good experience and the work was good but communication could have been better.

Hired this company for a project at 1697 N. Cisco Loop, Lot 73, Garden City, hoping to partner with a reputable subcontractor with over 40 years in the area. Unfortunately, their service was a complete letdown. Kirk promised work would be done within a week, but after signing the proposal, I was told it wasn’t scheduled until the next week with no clear timeline. Their communication was nonexistent, and Kirk’s dismissive attitude and false claims about contact attempts were infuriating. We terminated the contract and caution others to avoid this unprofessional company. - Three Peak Construction
