You asked for my opinion, so here it is. As a retired AZ "A" licensed contractor for large industrial construction projects, I would have terminated your firm's contract and escorted your employee off my job-site project for the very poor quality of your original work and his unprofessional attitude. In fact I sent this installer home on his second "repair" visit as he refused to correct his original work to generally accepted construction practices and methods. He said to my face in a derogatory manor as he walked of my property that ..." I was on probation with our company anyway". Which I found quite insulting and yet after thinking of our driveway conversation, I then took that as an badge of honor! After they drove off, we all let the dust settle for a few days after which your front office in Payson called to say they were sending out another technician, which I accepted. He came out the next day he was very pleasant and professional and repaired the work to acceptable construction standards. He knew what he was doing! On another note, you have a sign in front of the Payson GH office that reads "Free Estimates". So I originally took GH up on this offer, however your estimator charged me for the field estimate saying that it is not free in Pine Az. I challenged this at your front office the next day and got the charge reversed after significant arguing back and forth. No where does your signage say "Free Estimates, unless you live 13 miles away, then we charge" That is false advertising! That sign is still out in front of your office. Perhaps your policy has now changed? The attached picture was taken within a week of installation.

I was very happy with the service we received. They were on time and very knowledgeable about the work being performed.

What a wonderful company to work with. Prices were lower than most plumbing companies in the area and I really felt like the people in the office I communicated with really cared about my plumbing issue and how things could be worked out. Clark and Caden were amazing. Both did an incredible job. They were very polite and a pleasure to work with. They "cleaned up" everything and made sure I was okay with how things looked and functioned in each bathroom before they left. I would definitely use George Henry's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

We had a plumbing problem which we reported in am George Henry’s plumbing responded that afternoon and proceeded to fix our problem fast and tech was very professional. Very pleased with there service and will recommend to others.
