Our boiler said exhaust blockage I used Grok it said Fist Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc. was a certified Navien repair company. Technician Saul Prieto called back the same morning. I had an excellent experience with the technician Story who came to fix my AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find someone who is honest, reliable, and truly cares about doing quality work, but he exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend FIRST RATE to anyone needing AC repairs. Thank you for the outstanding job!

Ray did a great job on the winter service for my two heat pumps. I have used First Rate since 2022 for maintenance and installation. The company is solid and honest, and Ray is a great example of their excellent customer service. He is very knowledgable, worked efficiently, and was really good with my dog too.

I got a whole home water softener and a tankless water heater conversion from First Rate. They gave me the most competitive price in town and their management staff followed up diligently on every aspect of the project. I could not say enough great things about this company. They 100% do high quality work for a fair and honest price.
