In my experience with Elle Interiors, I have been nothing but impressed. Not only are their designs new and fresh, but the design team is highly competent and responsible. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner and are very organized. They listen to your needs and execute your vision smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend Elle Interiors for your remodel and furniture projects!

Such a wonderful experience working with Elle Interiors! The team was so friendly and made my wife and me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. We started with painting the exterior of our home, and it turned out beautifully. I’m really looking forward to working with them again on our bathroom project. Highly recommend!

Edit for reply to the owner: Elle, not a single person from your office called to see how the project turned out, no final QC checks, nothing. I get the PR move is to argue with the customer over reviews I guess but your company failed. I will gladly share a myriad of pictures, emails, videos, etc for anyone who wants to doubt that, I have nothing to hide. --- We hired Elle Interiors for a full kitchen remodel with design, project management, and installation oversight. We paid for their team’s expertise so we wouldn’t have to comb through technical drawings or manufacturer specs ourselves. Unfortunately, our experience was marked by a series of issues, many of which could have been prevented with proper planning and attention to detail. A few of the most notable examples: The original design didn’t allow the refrigerator door to open properly. This required last-minute cabinet modifications and overnight new hardware after the cabinets were already installed. Cabinets were installed sloppily. Screws were overtightened and cracked the wood (photo 2), adjustable shelf holes were misused to join cabinet boxes (photo 3), and the result was a loss of shelf adjustability. When we raised concerns, they were dismissed. Cabinets were eventually replaced after multiple calls. Cabinets were installed ½” too high (photo 4) despite being told shimming was necessary due to an unlevel floor, which turned out not to be the case. All cabinets and panels were off by ¾” due to a missed spec, which caused the fridge and freezer panels to “float” above the floor (photo 5). This also caused visible gaps that had to be filled with trim, breaking the seamless design. The fridge/freezer enclosure and above cabinet were made ½” too wide. Despite repeated clarification, the new upper cabinet door was still too wide. A new one was ordered, but the wood grain ran sideways (photo 11). This is the same cabinet company that sent six warped doors originally. Island cabinets were installed unlevel (photos 6 & 7). The custom hood was built too long and had to be rebuilt, delaying the project. Countertops were incorrectly ordered with a “stacked edge” (photo 8), requiring replacement. During demolition of the incorrect counters, our freezer panel was cut (photo 9) and had to be reordered. The sink base cabinet was damaged from over-cutting during install (photo 10), causing further delays. To Elle’s credit, they did reorder several items at their expense, which we appreciated. However, we hired an outside contractor to install them—we couldn’t risk another round of poor craftsmanship. Communication was a consistent challenge. We frequently had to repeat ourselves, chase down answers, and intervene when work didn’t align with plans. Demo began in Dec 2024. It’s now Sept 2025, and the project is only now wrapping up—not due to changing scope, but due to repeated errors and miscommunication. The final frustration came when we were asked to take responsibility for any damage if Elle’s team attempted to fix a design oversight they caused. We understand no project is perfect, but we hired Elle to avoid exactly these kinds of issues. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this firm.

In my experience, Elle Interiors was far more focused on pushing expensive products—lighting, furniture, and other high-priced items—than respecting the scope of work or my actual goals for the project. I felt pressured toward costly selections that did not align with what I wanted. Although Eleanor was present for the initial consultation, she was largely absent for the remainder of the project. Communication between the general contractor and subcontractors was nearly nonexistent. I often found myself coordinating directly with contractors working on my property more than Elle Interiors did. The project also ran approximately four to five weeks beyond the completion timeline that Eleanor had very generously assured me. Rand, the "project manager," struck me as incredibly inept. Throughout the project, I was left with the impression that he had little understanding of what was happening or how to effectively manage the work. The one bright spot was Travis. He was professional and helpful, but it was clear to me that he was limited by the shortcomings of Elle Interiors' overall management. On the advice of legal counsel, I will not be providing my full name or discussing additional details about my project in this review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Elle Interiors.

Elle Interiors did a major remodel of our dining room, kitchen, family room, laundry room, guest bath, master bedroom and bath. . Elle listened to our concerns and came up with design options that solved those concerns. The transformation flows so well and fits our family’s needs. We will definitely choose Elle Interiors for any future projects!
