Main Office

We are so pleased about our recent experience building a new home in Prescott with Crystal Creek! From the owners to the office staff to the superintendent, the process was transparent, efficient, and professional (even fun!). They really know what they’re doing! The subcontractors expressed genuine care about the quality of their work, and it showed! The house was completed in less time than projected, and the cost was fair. No money was spent which was not first approved by us as the owners. It’s so refreshing to have hired a builder with integrity. We would recommend Crystal Creek to anyone looking for an honest, excellent builder. The product is absolutely beautiful! We love our new home and look forward to many happy years living there.

Building our home with Crystal Creek was a wonderful experience. The entire team Scott and Maria have built are always willing to help. Special shout out to Gary and Darla for their tremendous help in getting the build completed on time and without stress.

We spent months looking for the right contractor for our custom home. Unfortunately, shortly after the foundation was poured and framing had begun, the contractor we originally selected abruptly stopped working on the project and, for personal reasons, was unable to complete our home. My husband and I were devastated when we heard the news. We felt like we had to start the selection process all over again—only this time, finding a contractor was going to be all the more difficult, as we had to find someone who was willing to take on a project mid-stream. Needless to say, Scott and Maria Nalda and the entire Crystal Creek Builders team were a godsend! Not only did they agree to see our project through to completion, which meant they had to assess the previous work and deal with countless issues left by the first contractor, they helped us navigate a very complicated contractual situation. So, if you’re looking for a custom home builder that has 1) a proven track record for quality work, 2) strong communication skills, 3) excellent project managers (thank you, Bill!), 4) first-rate customer service, 4) a reputation for delivering projects on time, and 5) is transparent regarding costs, look no further. Crystal Creek Builders is the home builder for you! Tim and Tania E.

We recently completed our retirement dream home with Crystal Creek Builders, and we couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, they took our vision and turned it into reality with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care at every step of the process. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done right. What truly set Crystal Creek Builders apart, though, was how the owners treated us. They made us feel like friends rather than clients, which made the entire building experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you are considering building a custom home in the Prescott area, we would absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Creek Builders. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

My wife and I wanted to build a new custom home. We spent a great deal of time evaluating the different construction companies in Prescott. After thorough research, we selected Crystal Creek Builders. From the first time that we met with Scott and Maria, we knew that we had make the right choice. Our house was being built in a gated community with strict HOA policies. Michele from CCB was able to help with all of the meetings and intricacies of dealing with the HOA. Our construction superintendent Gary was excellent! He kept us informed of the progress and ensured that our home was completed on time. Maria did a superb job of coordinating our selections with the subcontractors. It was great having her as a resource when we were making our final selections. We are so happy with our new custom home! Crystal Creek eliminated the stress of building a new home and made it and an enjoyable process. We can’t thank them enough!
