Main Office

We had to get a new air conditioning unit in our condo. Brian and his team were excellent. The install took place in a timely fashion and everything was spotless when they left! I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs in the Sedona area!

Great communication and knowledge. Easy to schedule, show up on time, Noe did a great job explaining in terms I’d understand in areas out of my scope. Overall, great honest company who don’t try to upsale you with things not needed. Will def book again and recommend.

Brian is a pro. This is a highly reliable company. The office is super responsive.

I have worked with Cooler Tymes since Mike brought the business here from MI where I also have a home. The company has always done good work at fair prices whereas other contractors in the valley way overcharge for simple services. I know this because I am an industrial engineer and constructor and work on all kinds of systems including HVAC, control systems, hydraulics among other things. I am also able to purchase anything at trade prices. I naturally called CT again for service because I was out of town. Noë their technician showed up and I pointed him to a possible failed start/run capacitor in my condenser unit. Since the capacitor served both the compressor and fan motors and neither would start. He promptly replaced the unit and was running in no time. He also checked the freon levels and pressures and were satisfactory. All was done at a fair price and efficient service. Diane my partner who is there has a cool house again. Noë is a good tech, friendly & professional. I like companies I can work with on a technical level without being rebuffed. I would highly recommend Cooler Tymes.

5 star review well deserved. From Alechea in the Phoenix office to the guys doing the job locally, everything was on point. Needed a full heat pump and air handler replacement so expensive job but they were competitive in price but more importantly, very clear in communication and scope of work. They also left my condo basically cleaner than when they came in. Someone who didn't know wouldn't be able to tell a job like this was done that same day. No garbage or metal strips or anything left behind. Highly recommend Cooler Tymes.
