Chuck came out to give us a quote for resurfacing our pool deck. (He was 15 minutes late and didn't call ahead of time). He did all the measurements and said he would email us a quote within 1 -2 days. (Other companies gave us a quote on the spot) After more than 48 hours we still hadn't received anything so my husband called and left a voice mail. 2 days later and we still have not heard back. Such a waste of time! And the funny part is, is that he tried to up sale us on redoing our patio area as well even though we had no interest in doing so! You can't even give us a simple quote yet you want us to remodel our patio area even though its in perfect condition!! Lol. Don't waste your time on this company.

We recently hired Cool Concrete Creations to resurface our patio. The owner was very responsive and worked with us to develop a plan to update our old concrete patio. The work was done in a timely manner, the installers were always on time and the finished product looks great!! This is a very reputable company and we highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the refinishing job on our patio and the deck of our pool. After 30+ years it was time to refresh both. I probably should have done it sooner.

I purchased a house with an ugly and dark cement patio. It was an eyesore for more than a few years. I considered several options including the removal of the old cement and starting over with a new cement patio or some form of travertine. All very expensive options. I called Chuck at Cool Concrete Creations and he came out to my house to look at the patio. He gave me several options to consider and advice about each one. His suggestions were excellent. He ultimately recommended the least expensive option, which, for various reasons turned out to be the best looking solution of all. We added a new layer of cement and epoxy with a solid color that matched the colors and other materials used in our backyard and pool. He has the eye of a designer. The patio looks great! I couldn't be happier with his work and advice. Chuck approached the project like it was his patio and I truly appreciate that. One last thing...the price for the whole project was very fair and half of what I expected to pay to solve this problem.

Chuck came out to give an estimate on a refresh of our front walkway. He was great , seemed very knowledgeable. Gave us a quote for the project to include re-staining and sealing the entire walkway ( 106 sq ft ) and match colors as well as can be expected with a couple minor repairs. The work was 2 days late due to back injury of lead worker , no problem. They did the repair work just fine , they did not re-stain the walkway . I mentioned this and was told it did not need to be done that the clear coat and sealer would restore all the color , I called Chuck and mentioned this to him when he called to speak to the lead worker . Nothing happened , I mentioned again that they needed to re-stain it but told they could put on a second coat of sealer . They told me I needed to sign off and seemed they would not leave if I did not , so I signed and said I would discuss with Cuck . Chuck then tells me the workers said I approved no stain to be applied . English is not their main language and thought that was the problem. They want to charge me full price even though 106 sq ft of walkway never got re-stained as the contract said. I do not know if the workers back was still bothering him and he wanted to get done quicker , but I mentioned several times to stain it all, the color is OK this is on my ring video. Hopeful to get owners response , yes it looks better but will not last as long as a re-stain that I am being charged for. addendum a few days after the work the caulking in the expansion joints is all bubbled up see photos
