The technician, Devin Power, arrived on time, was courteous and polite, went right to work, assessed the problem, and offered recommendations and suggestions for the repair. Required parts were ordered, and he returned to install and complete the repair. Devin fixed the unit promptly, efficiently, and carefully. (The A/C unit is on top of a two-story home with a metal roof!) Many thanks to Connolly Electric & Mechanical!

Excellent service. A/C went out last day. It's fixed today. I couldn't take the day off work. These guys are trustworthy. Left a key in a discreet location. Technician Jestin Rogers kept me informed of his arrival and then completion of service. When I arrived it was a cool 72 inside, 101 outside. 5 stars are too few. 👍👍

Justin was a very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he found and his suggestions on how to improve my a/c. He explained my options but did not push anything on me. I’m asking for him specifically when I get my system checked and serviced again.
