Main Office

My home was designed to be everything I never knew I wanted! It’s courtyard design was the perfect answer to a small lot with no view. The Capistrano team was professional, creative and collaborative. Working with Capistrano was the right choice to build a beautiful home and lasting relationship with.

Capistrano Homes added a large garage to out home. The final product is so good it looks like it was a part of the original home. Mark Breyer and his team were responsive, honest, diligent and competent in their work. I would hire them again if we were to have further renovations. Robert Brewer

Class A builder very innovative designs. We get comments from everyone who walks into our home at how amazing it is and the quality of the build. Mark is exceptional to work with and nothing is beyond his abilities

Mark and the team created a casita for us. They have the best attitudes! Respectful, professional, courteous, fair pricing, quality work while being faster than the other contractors without compromising quality! Best of all so fun to work with and they dealt with my control and perfectionism issues so patiently!! Hire them! Stop searching! You will be so happy! I miss having them here. If built again I’d use them in a heart beat! Referred them to my neighbor doing a big new build and she is soo happy!

We have been in our house 2 1/2 years and love it every time we walk thru the doors. Every aspect of the build was great and easy. I HIGHLY recommend Capistrano Homes to everyone looking to build a Custom Home. Thank you Mark Breyer and Capistrano Homes Crew.
