Experienced plumber Tom Bush, of Canyon Plumbing Solutions in Flagstaff AZ, was responsive from the start, and fixed 2 leaks in my manufactured home, one in the main line to the house, and another in a bathroom shower. He came out for an estimate quickly, knew what to do, explained the work beforehand, then returned and took care of the job professionally. He was thorough and pleasant, very personable. I'd easily recommend Tom and his company.

I needed a FLAGSTAFF PLUMBER to install a new water heater for me. I was having issues, besides not enough hot water, such as possible natural gas and/or carbon monoxide leak. Instead of bumping up to a 75 GALLON tank and that expense, Tom Bush of Canyon Plumbing suggested a hot water mixing valve that would increase the capacity of my 50 gallon tank. Also, I opted for an electric anion rod to make my tank last forever. In addition he did a fabulous install of my new expansion tank and rerouted my hot water circulating pump as well as my T&P valve and pipe (see picture). It is a work of art! I had several other plumbers out but one never came back to give me a written quote even after multiple phone calls. The other one gave me a verbal quote and said they were going to show up the next Monday but they canceled on the day of my appointment and said they couldn't do the job. Tom gave me a written quote, was 15 minutes early for the appointment, and even took a credit card for payment. He has a really slick and organized operation. One of the issues was the suspected gas leak. He even came back a second time after buying a natural gas detector and we found out that it was the battery from my golf cart giving off hydrogen gas when they were charging. This was a huge problem that I had been dealing with for over a year and nobody else could figure it out. It turns out that he has fantastic credentials, besides being licensed in Arizona he is licensed in Colorado as a master plumber. I'm not sure I've ever said this before, but this was the best contractor experience I've ever had. I hope something else needs replacing so I can use him again, LOL.

Tom did excellent work on my 40 gallon natural gas water heater replacement. His customer service is top notch, he is easy to work with, he shows up when he says he will, he takes the thought & time to make his pipefitting look extremely nice (anything but sloppy) & he is 100% trustworthy. I gave him the address and code to my house and he did the job when I was out of town and he cleaned up and locked up afterwards.
