Main Office

Skillfully navigates the red tape this area of AZ is known for when it comes to submitting plans. I have heard horror stories of people getting stuck in redlining and revisions, but it seems that the local municipalities must trust him because I have never seen that happen with Tad. I highly recommend working with him. No matter where you are whether it's Phoenix, Sedona, Flagstaff, or Prescott.

We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted for our new home build and Tad helped us thru the process offering professional and knowledgeable guidance. Tad was always patient and never had a negative attitude, even when we changed our minds so many times on our design. Tad was always available and responded quickly and politely to our calls/questions. Tad is fair and a man of his word. We highly recommend Tad and his services as he knows and works well with county regulations and personnel. Thank you Tad!

I was referred to Tad in regard to remodeling my deck. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the course of our dealings. Ultimately he informed us that we were not able to proceed with the design of the project that we had in mind, but Broken Arrow will be our first call in the future for our next project and I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to Tad for professional and honest assistance.

I had an excellent experience working with Tad at Broken Arrow Drafting. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Dealing with Yavapai County Planning and Development can be an absolute nightmare, but Tad handled the entire process with ease and made everything so much smoother than I expected. The communication with Tad and his team was top-notch throughout the project—he kept me informed every step of the way and was always quick to answer questions or address concerns. It’s clear he knows exactly how to navigate the system and advocate for his clients. If you’re looking for someone reliable who will take the stress out of the drafting and permitting process, I highly recommend Tad at Broken Arrow Drafting. Truly a five-star experience.

I engage Tad to design a 4000 sq ft house for which he has done a fantastic job. He has been there at every stage of getting plans approved by the county and assisted with all supplemental permit filings. He has consistently provided superior customer service 7 days a week. I would highly recommend Tad and his company for any construction projects you may have.
