Best company ever! I have been a customer with Boyer for around 10 yrs & they service both our heater & a/c annually. They always do a great job! They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable; I have always been pleased with their work. But it’s next-level amazing today because they just replaced our heater IN TWO HOURS JUST ONE DAY AFTER THE HEATER DIED. I am floored. Our daughter is disabled and I was very concerned about how the lack of a heater would impact her (she can’t self-regulate her body temp and is non-verbal, so it can become complicated very quickly). They squeezed us into their very busy schedule and I am so thankful! This company truly cares about their customers and I’m unbelievably grateful! Huge THANK YOU to Toby and Russ who did the install; absolute top-notch, professional, kind and friendly! Even cleaned up afterwards! To Will and Cheryl in the office, who facilitated all this quickly, efficiently & kindly! And to Jordan, the tech who has always done such good work for us each time he comes out annually; pleasant, hard-working & explains everything so well! As far as value is concerned, we are extremely pleased. We paid less than what we were expecting to, but there was no compromise in quality or service. Their prices are very reasonable and an excellent value for the money. Boyer Heating & Cooling is the best!!

Exceeded expectations - We needed some specific parts for our furnace, which they had in stock and were able to come out within the hour to get it installed at a reasonable price. Will was very pleasant, knowledgeable and honest with our quote. We’ll be quick to use them again. Thank you Boyer!

Had our commercial heater go out. They came out on a Friday to try and fix it (unfortunately no parts for our 50 year old unit). Has a new unit ordered, installed and running by the following Tuesday. Don’t see a lot of that sort of urgency from a lot of people/companies these days. 10/10 recommend!

When we needed a new furnace we asked around at work, and the vast majority recommended Boyer. We called them, and they were able to install a new until a few days later. We had one weird problem with noise, and they sent someone out within the hour, who quickly identified and fixed the problem. Furthermore, they called the next day to make sure the problem had been solved to our satisfaction. So, yes, it's been a good experience.

Mother-in-laws' heater went out Monday night. 18 degrees. Called Boyer Tuesday at 10:30am. 33-year-old furnace was shot. They provided space heaters by 1pm. New furnaced installed and operating 26 hours after initial call. Superior service and very fair price. Thank you guys!
