Unfortunately, they are difficult to deal with for commercial jobs. Today! A female representative called to confirm a (2 hour) delivery for a $$$$ shipment in the morning. Day of delivery a male representative called to confirm delivery for July 6th I essentially the delivery is being postpone? Explained the confirmation call in which case he stated “the company does not have any females working for the company so it was impossible to have received a call from a female.” Later that day we called to add to the order spoke to dispatch who said If we ordered & pains with in 5 minutes they would add. Transferred us over to a “female” & we placed the order. About 15 minutes we received a call back saying they could NOT add to the order another “female” who dates 3 females work there. We were accommodating to postponing the delivery even when they did not own up to the mistake rather lie and say “impossible to receive a confirmation call-0 females work there”. But, when we needed a half a pallet of material added they would not accommodate.

Block Lite is our preferred vendor for all our paver and block needs. Not only is the staff very knowledgeable and friendly, but very efficient in their loading and deliveries. My crew loves buying from them as it is a much easier and faster process than other suppliers. And to top it off they are local and have very competitive prices!

The fantastic workers up front were so helpful and patient. The two ladies were so knowledgeable and explained all my questions in detail. They are a great company overall and they even donated block to build a person's house that burned down in a local wildfire. When I have masonry needs Block-Lite is the only place I go to. Supporting family owned businesses is the best way to help our community. Thank you so much Block-Lite!

These are very generous members of our community!!! We are so very surprised and grateful that they have donated all the block we needed to rebuild our home's block foundation after we completely lost our home in the 2022 Flagstaff Tunnel Fire. Unbelievable! Please support these good people!

5 stats because they cared enough to donate bench. Sitting on it as senior. Did lunch at Montoya SC, now for the real fun. Climbing peaks, missing puts. Saw lady with dog, man and dog, both out for hike, and passes through another enthusiastic stroker. You know this is the good life from my vantage point, pictured. Thank you BL and crew, especially your hardworking crew, for the parks and rec bench. This senior is loving it on a swell today. Hire me any time, as long as I don't tweak my back like 2 weeks ago . . .
