We recently had Seth from Best By Farr come to our house to fix an A/C problem. Upon opening the unit up, and spending time searching for a reason for the AC not working properly, he found a small coolant leak, added coolant, and temporarily stopping the leak until he could return with a small part to more permanently stop the leak. The system works perfectly now. Seth was efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. Thnak you so much.

Best by Farr installed my new heat pump last year. It has saved me so much on my electric cost and my home is much cooler. I am completely satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. All of the technicians I have met were polite and eager to be sure I understood how everything operated. I couldn't ask for more. My most recent experience was my 1st annual check up, went smoothly and tech was informative.

The team members at "Best By Farr" are amazing! I have heating and cooling units that have seen better days. They are quite aged and tend to need a lot of care. Best By Farr has fixed my heater and my AC. They always come out promptly when there is an issue. Lori in the office is always kind. She is excellent at facilitating the field techs to come out with very little wait time. With Arizona weather being so extreme, especially the summer heat, that quality is so valuable. Wade is knowledgeable, highly skilled and is exceptional at customer care. We had been hearing radio commercials about Best by Farr (that's FARR), and always want to support local family-owned businesses, so we contacted Best by Farr to get setup for an initial checkup/service on our year-old A/C unit in Camp Verde. From the initial call to the office, to the follow ups and the service appointment - everything was fantastic, professional, friendly and detailed oriented. Our service technician was outstanding, not only professionally, but also so friendly. He explained everything and told us that we could watch his every move, if we wanted. The cost was excellent compared to the quote that we received from the company that originally installed the unit out of Phoenix, so we signed up for the annual maintenance plan for two visits a year. It was truly a great experience and love supporting local small business.
